OUR BEGINNING
Experience before
the company name.
Before starting Stop & Go, Terrance Mack spent approximately a decade working as a per-diem flagger. That experience shaped the company’s focus on clear instructions, preparation and communication in the field.
Terrance Mack and his brother Ty, our field supervisor, built Stop & Go together with the help of their mother. As a family-owned Connecticut business, the company has also grown through the hard work and commitment of dedicated staff whose contributions in the field remain an important part of Stop & Go’s story.
Today, our shared experience includes roadway flagging, utility construction support and airport escort operations.
